Your charter vessel

Mantaray Mojo

Mojo is a fully surveyed, exceptionally stable charter vessel built with a beamy polyethylene hull and a clean, open deck layout.

Its quiet, ultra-low-impact polyethylene hull allows Mojo to fish closer than a typical alloy hull, enhancing stealth on the water. Ample storage and ice capacity, together with a bow-mounted electric motor, allow controlled positioning when conditions call for it.

Simple, capable and purpose-built for the job, Mojo is equipped to help guests make the most of their day on the water.

Before your charter

Come prepared for the conditions.

Provided on board

Quality rods, bait, tackle and safety gear are provided. The onboard gear includes trusted brands such as Penn, Shimano, Atomic, St Croix and Berkley.

What to bring

Please bring food and polarised glasses. You are welcome to leave an esky in your car. Beverages are not provided, although spare drinking water is available. Tasmania can be cool and still have a high UV index, so bring layers suitable for the season, weatherproof clothing and sun protection.

Which charter should I choose?

Choose Half Day if you are unsure. It suits most guests. Choose Full Day when you want more time and a less rushed day on the water.

Do I need fishing experience?

No. Your charter is private and guided by Skipper Adam, so the day can be shaped around your group and experience level.

How do I book?

Send an enquiry by email, phone or text. We will discuss the best available day with you directly rather than using an online booking calendar.

What if the weather changes?

Conditions are part of planning a good day on the water. If you have flexibility, share your Tasmania visit dates and we can help choose the best opportunity.

How many guests can come?

The vessel is surveyed for up to six passengers plus Skipper Adam. Up to four guests may fish, depending on the areas being fished. Charter pricing is listed for one, two or three guests; please enquire about larger group arrangements.

What should visitors tell us?

Let us know when you are in Tasmania, how many people are coming and whether morning, afternoon or a flexible time suits you best.
